Kyiv, Moscow, January 10th - Eterna Law acted as a consultant to Alexander Chernyak, one of the shareholders of the food service delivery from the restaurants - FoodFox, at the sale to Yandex.Taxi.
Team of lawyers worked to support the transaction, including negotiating and preparation of transactional documents.
After the closing of the deal on the Yandex.Taxi and Uber consolidating, the Foodfox team, along with the UberEATS team, will enter the delivery direction of the new holding company.
The parties do not disclose the transaction value.
Foodfox was founded in March 2016. Then it attracted $ 6 million of investment from the founders of Lamoda and Target Global Fund, as well as from a number of private investors.
