Alexander Lugovskiy, Senior Associate, is appointed on the position of Counsel at Eterna Law

Kyiv, September 1st -  Eterna Law announces the promotion of Alexander Lugovskiy, Senior Associate, to Counsel. Alexander formally enters upon duties on September 1st. Mr Lugovskiy joined Eterna Law in 2012.

Aleksandr has over 6 years of experience in international litigation and arbitration, advising both Ukrainian and international clients on various international trade, civil, commercial, corporate and investment matters, as well as recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards. Aleksandr represented both companies and individuals before Ukrainian courts as well as various international arbitration forums, including London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), Vienna International Arbitral Centre (VIAC), Netherlands Arbitration Institute (NAI), ad hocarbitrations and International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ICAC at the UCCI).

Aleksandr is a member of LCIA Young International Arbitration Group (YIAG), ICC Young Arbitrators Forum (YAF), Swiss Arbitration Association (ASA) below 40, Young International Council for Commercial Arbitration (ICCA), Russian Arbitration Association (RAA) 40 and ICDR Young & International.
