Kiev, 11th April – The law firm Eterna Law with the partner platform Ukrainian Food Valley held a seminar on the peculiarities of foreign economic activity in the export of agricultural products to the EU countries.
Eugene Blinov, Partner, Head of International Arbitration Practice, acted as the speaker of the event and provided practical advice to future exporters, focusing on the following issues:
- quotas of duty-free agricultural exports to the EU, status of the authorized economic operator (AEO),
- the code of the authorized economic operator (EORI),
