Eterna Law successfully defended interests of the Polish private entrepreneur in the dispute with Ukrainian company connected to supply agreement

Kiev, August 10 – Eterna Law successfully defended interests of the Polish private entrepreneur in the dispute with Ukrainian company connected to supply agreement. Eterna Law initiated proceedings in the commercial court of Chernigov region in connection with the improper performance of obligations under the supply contract.

During consideration of the case, special attention was paid to the product quality, which was the subject of the delivery. Therefore, the defendant, in support of incomplete payment for goods, pointed to the inadequate quality of parts of the delivered products. In that connection, it was stated the request for examination of goods quality. In turn, the team of lawyers convinced the Court that this position the defendant seeks merely to delay the process and has no real reason to be satisfied.

As a result, the team of lawyers reached positive result for the client. The lawsuit was satisfied in a full amount and the defendant was charged with the full amount of the debt and the penalty for delayed fulfilment of the obligation.
