It took more than seven months from the date of coming into force of amendments to the Code of Civil Procedure and agribusiness, which entered the court order, the institution of private definitions and mandatory Complaint in the arbitration process, as well as a simplified procedure in civil matters. The changes are made to relieve the courts, to discipline the participants of the economic circulation and accelerate the review of cases by the indisputable requirements.
