More than 180 participants from Europe, America, Asia, England and UAE participated in the webinar.

Before, Legal 500 compiled a guide with an overview of the features of the execution of decisions in various jurisdictions.
 
Jurisdictions are presented in four blocks:
 
▪️EU - Belgium, Cyprus, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Sweden;
▪️Non-EU - England, Switzerland;
▪️Offshore - Cayman and BVI, Jersey, Guernsey, Bahamas;
▪️Other countries - China, Mexico, UAE.

Issues that were discussed:
 
• the main differences in the legal regulation of the recognition and enforcement of decisions of different countries, the application of the Brussels Convention, the Lugano Convention 2007, international conventions and bilateral treaties.
• challenges to enforcement, appeals, costs.
 
Ukraine is only on the way to European integration, but the presence of bilateral agreements for years makes it possible to recognize and implement Ukrainian decisions in other jurisdictions.
