Last week Oleh Malskyy, Partner, Head of Corporate & M&A, and Head of International Trade at ETERNA LAW took part in a panel discussion "Perspectives of International Partnership in the Development of the IT Industry". The discussion was devoted to integration of the Ukrainian IT industry into the global market and specifics of cooperation with international partners in the new military realities.

The key outcomes were as follows:

- Foreign clients and investors believe that delivery of IT services in Ukraine is now complicated due to the war. Therefore, it is necessary to timely  update foreign partners and customers about the real state of affairs;

- 70% of workers in the IT industry are men of the recruitment age. There is a great risk associated with the mobilization of critically important specialists and project managers;

- On the international market, Ukrainian IT products and services are considered as high-quality and affordable, and therefore retain their competitive advantages.
