ETERNA LAW has advised a large international holding company in the field of corporate governance on entering the Ukrainian market.

As part of the work on the project, the ETERNA LAW’s team has analysed the effectiveness in Ukraine of the legal instruments the client used in the involved markets of other countries. The client is represented in more than 30 jurisdictions. In particular, during the work on the project, special attention was paid to the following key for the client issues: liability for breach of obligations and guarantees, unilateral termination of the contract in the event of sanctions risks, as well as non-solicitation of employees.
