ETERNA LAW has advised Linklaters LLP, a global law firm headquartered in London, in the matters of marketing activities on the territory of Ukraine, cross-border B2B marketing, and personal data protection in Ukraine.

In particular, ETERNA LAW’s team has assisted Linklaters LLP on the regulatory requirements for outbound marketing, as well as requirements regarding sharing and transferring personal data with third parties (including cross-border data transfers).
