ETERNA LAW has acted as a legal advisor to an international bank operating in Ukraine on the protection of the client’s rights from unfair economic competition.
In particular, the firm has provided advice to the client on the disputed contractual relationship with the software provider, the development of the client protection plan, and the analysis of prospects for prosecuting violators of legislation on the protection of economic competition.
