Eterna Law is pleased to announce that Denys Kytsenko joined our team on September 2nd as Partner and a Head of Bankruptcy and Restructuring Practice.

 Such joining is caused by plans for the further development of the practice and in accordance to the company's strategy aimed to strengthening of international and local opportunities to respond to the growing demand of Ukrainian and foreign customers.

 Before Eterna Law, Dr Kytsenko successfully led a number of outstanding cases, representing major International and Ukrainian banks as creditors, including those ones, acknowledged as the most profound and complicated procedures of 2016 and 2017. Since 2014, Denys has also been noted as a profound specialist in bankruptcy litigation by “The Legal 500” international ranking. For these achievements, Dr. Kytsenko was awarded as a “Leading individual” in Bankruptcy and “Other noted” in Litigation by Yuridicheskaya praktika (Kyiv, 2016).
