Kyiv, October 18th – Eterna Law lawyers successfully represented interests of one of the leading trading company in the agro area in the Republic of Poland. Ukrainian company refused to enforce decision of the Court of Republic of Poland in voluntary compliance. Due to it, Eterna Law initiated a process for the recognition and enforcement of such judicial decisions on the territory of Ukraine.
As a result, lawyers succeed to achieve a positive result for the client – it was obtained permission to enforce the decisions of the Polish court to recover 300 000 USD on the territory of Ukraine.
