Kyiv, September 15^th – Oleh Malskyy, Partner, Head of corporate law and M&A, spoke at the Forum of the Association of attorneys-at-law of Ukraine: “Formula for success: standards of the attorney-at-law profession”, which took place on September 15^th in the IQ Business Center. The Forum was about organizing and advocacy standards, trends in the legal services and ethics, partnership and finances in the practice of law, the protection of the rights of lawyers, development of the legal profession in Ukraine.

Oleh Malskyy told about general trends in the legal business, based on the consolidated analytics for 2015 and 2016 years. He noted that there were no significant changes in this period.  Among the interesting trends last year which are worth mentioning, first and foremost, is the improvement of the status of the attorney, the appearance on the market of legal services new types of companies and,  furthermore, the place of the attorney at legal services market. As noted by the speaker, 60% of companies attracts legal advisers to their projects.
