ETERNA LAW team has successfully represented in court the interests of one of the largest distributors of toys of world-famous brands in Ukraine in the dispute against the aggressor state, the russian federation, whose military actions on the territory of Ukraine caused significant damages to t client in the amount of more than USD 2 million.

During the course of the dispute, ETERNA LAW's lawyers collected and analyzed in detail all the necessary evidence to prove that the aggressor state should be held liable for the damages caused to the Client, as well as the significant amount of such damages. The legal justification of the client's position was strengthened by implementation of the provisions of international legal acts, as well as to the current national court practice in this category of disputes. As a result, ETERNA LAW's team managed to present a precise and thorough position to the court, which resulted in the court satisfying the client's claims in full.
