KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Taking part in different stages of corporate and IT projects;
- Drafting/reviewing/updating legal documents, letters, e-mails;
- Participating in project negotiations;
- Analyzing legal documents, preparation of reports and opinions;
- Interacting with state authorities, notaries, and other bodies;
- Advising on various legal matters of corporate and ITpractice.

REQUIREMENTS:

- University degree in Law is a must;
- At least 3 years of experience (preferably at Corporate and M&A Department or IT department);
- Excellent spoken and written English (including legal drafting), Ukrainian and Russian is a must;
- Strong legal writing and research skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Strong time management and organizational skills;
- Independent decision making;
- Attentive to details.
