Kiev, November 23 – Eterna Law acted as a partner of the VII All-Ukrainian School for Dispute Resolution, which is being conducted by the Coordinating Council of Young Lawyers of Ukraine. This year the school gathered 150 participants from eight cities of Ukraine, from the 2nd to the 6th year of study.

4 speakers held an intensive day with school participants, delving them to practical work in the field of ADR.

Alina Podolyak, attorney at Eterna Law, spoke about the resolution of domain disputes at the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center.

Rebecca Attree M.A. (Cantab), Mediator and Solicitor, Attree & Co, UK, the leading mediator in the UK according to Legal 500 EMEA 2017, devoted her presentation to the issue of resolving international disputes through mediation.

Mikhail Ivanenko, Senior Associate at Eterna Law, talked about the specifics of ADR in the energy sector.

Last presentation, done by Alexander Kravets, Senior Associate, was about the problems of judicial practice of recognizing and executing arbitral awards and decisions of foreign courts on the territory of Ukraine.

All participants received a certificate of participation in the school.
