Yan Voinikanis-Myrskyi is a highly recognised expert in providing legal assistance to the subjects of public procurement and defence of clients in criminal cases with over 14 years of legal practice and 11 years of experience as attorney-at-law. Yan specialises in commercial and criminal law and procedure, has significant experience in representing legal entities and individuals in courts of general jurisdiction and protecting the rights and interests of individuals in criminal proceedings. He also has considerable professional experience in the application of Ukrainian civil, commercial, administrative, and tax law.

At ETERNA LAW, Yan leads two practices – criminal law and public procurement. He has extensive experience in representing clients-subjects of public procurement in the area of wholesale supply of oil products, construction of residential and non-residential property and major FMCG companies. In addition, Yan has experience in supporting tenders for road construction, capital, and current repairs of roads. He has considerable experience in assisting clients in criminal cases in pre-trial investigations, defending the clients in courts of first, appeal, and cassation instances, as well as in extradition proceedings.

Prior to joining ETERNA LAW, Yan had worked in senior positions in private companies and managed his own law office.
