ETERNA LAW has acted as a legal advisor to a well-known American start-up with Ukrainian roots in a project on investment attraction from a major investor.

ETERNA LAW has advised the parties of the project on international cooperation in the field of IT and developed a new package of documents for the start-up, taking into account the investor's high requirements. The value of the start-up is estimated at more than $60 million.

ETERNA LAW's scope of work included consulting on specific non-disclosure, non-compete, non-solicitation, and non-disparagement clauses, as well as advising on the enforcement of foreign court judgments in Ukraine.

The project team included Senior Associate Marharyta Tatarova and Junior Associate Roman Rubanyk and was led by Partners Oleh Malskyy and Artem Kuzmenko.
