Kiev, February 23 – Oleh Malskyy, Partner, Head of Corporate Law Practice and M&A, spoke at the XIV Legal Forum ” Development of legal services market in Ukraine”, which was held on February 23 at the Hilton Hotel and was traditionally organized by the Ukrainian Bar Association.
Oleh became a party to the panel dedicated to the mistakes of the lawyers, moderated by Mrs Aminat Suleymanova, Partner of AGA Partners law firm.
Within the panel, top law firms’ partners discussed what are the most popular mistakes done by lawyers and what are the consequences of them. In addition, how mistakes could become a point of growth and show weaknesses of the company.
For the 12th consecutive year, the forum traditionally gathers partners of all key Ukrainian law firms.
