Eterna Law successfully completed complex Insurance case investigation project for one of Europe’s leading insurance companies – PZU Życie SA
As a result of the project, the interests of the foreign insurer were protected, fraudulent actions of the insurer were terminated and payment was denied, the amount of which was significant for the PZU group as a whole.
ETERNA LAW team has a deep knowledge of legal regulation in the field of insurance, as well as considerable experience in the effective support of criminal proceedings and interaction with state bodies of Ukraine.
