Eugene Blinov and Igor Semenov to speak at ADR school

Kiev, August 31st – Eugene Blinov, Partner, Head of International arbitration practice and Igor Semenov, Counsel will speak at Ukrainian school of alternative methods of dispute resolution, which be held on 17th September.

Eterna Law will act as a General partner of the school, the Organizer of which is a Coordination Council of Young Lawyers at the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

Mr. Blinov will tell about specialized arbitrate courts (GAFTA, FOSFA LME, SAOL and LMAA). In his turn, Mr Semenov will speak about general requirements for arbitration clause and enforcement of judgments.
