Kyiv, 28th of July – Kyiv office of Eterna Law is pleased to announce, that starting from July 25th Mr Yaroslav Berezhnоу joins the team on the position a Head of Litigation Practice in Ukraine. Such decision is caused by strengthening of a Dispute Resolution practice due to the growing demands of our Ukrainian and foreign clients,
Mr. Berezhnoy has more than 10 years of experience in the banking industry, specializes in working with problem assets. Last few years he held senior positions in the legal departments of leading banks, such as Ukrsotsbank, Sberbank of Russia, VTB Bank and Index bank.
Yaroslav has considerable experience within the courts, He worked on the regulation of the distressed assets in areas of corporate, small and medium-sized businesses at all negotiations stages before sale or write-offs of a property, and was responsible for the full legal support of the activity of bank’ divisions (incl advising on internal issues and work with distressed assets).
Mr. Berezhnoy graduated from the National Academy of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
