Anastasia Serova
Anastasia Serova specializes in protection of clients’ interests in arbitration courts and courts of general jurisdiction on various categories of disputes, accompanied by projects on the recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards, projects in the field of corporate law, in particular, relating to the representation of clients in transactions M&A. She has more than 4 years of experience in legal practice.
Evgeniy Stepin
Evgeniy Stepin has more than 12 years of experience in legal practice, specializing in support of investment projects, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate law and governance, antitrust regulation, taxation, and accompanied by the issue of securities.
Prior to joining Eterna Law worked as Deputy Head of Legal Department in JSC “Concern “Systemprom” (RosTech Corporation). His responsibilities occupy interaction with the legal advisers and secretaries companies (BVI, Cyprus, Netherlands); preparation of corporate contracts, resolutions, powers of attorney and other documents in English, strike-off and winding up of Cyprus companies; registration of changes in constituent documents, preparation and holding of general shareholders meetings, preparation and submission to authorities FAS petitions, notices and lists of persons belonging to a one group. Mr. Stepin has significant experience advising Russian and international companies.
Evgeniya Pervukhina
Evgeniya Pervukhina specializes in representation of clients’ interests in arbitration courts and courts of general jurisdiction on various categories of disputes. Ms Pervukhina’s experience includes project support in the area of private international law, participation in disputes involving a foreign element, tax disputes, inheritance disputes and disputes in the field of antitrust law.
Prior to joining Eterna Law Ms Pervukhina worked at Intellect-S group of law firms as a Junior lawyer, where she was involved in a large banking project that implied representation of interests of Societe Generale Group in courts of law at all stages of trial in disputes connected with recovery of debts under loan agreements and mortgages. Ms Pervukhina worked as an intern at the Italian – Russian Chamber of commerce.
Dmitry Rizhenkov
Prior to joining Eterna Law Dmitry Rizhenkov worked as a junior associate in Russian law firm, where he was accompanied by a draft dispute resolution practice and corporate law. Dmitry has experience successfully representing clients in litigation related to the resolution of complex corporate, contractual, labor disputes and bankruptcy cases.
In addition, Dmitry has experience as the only lawyer in the company participating in the project Skolkovo. His work in this company has been focused on the full legal support for its activities, including issues related to contractual, corporate law and intellectual property law.
