Artem Kuzmenko is a Partner at ETERNA LAW with more than 15 years of experience advising Ukrainian and international businesses.

His practice focuses on the intersection of business, regulation and government, particularly where companies face market entry, investment and M&A transactions, regulatory change, or complex interaction with public authorities.

Artem advises clients on Corporate and M&A, Government Relations, Gambling, FinTech and payments, compliance, and regulatory matters across highly regulated and rapidly developing industries. His sector experience includes gaming and gambling, technology, financial services, pharmaceuticals and healthcare, retail, agribusiness, real estate and infrastructure.

He has advised more than 40 international and Ukrainian market participants on regulatory, licensing, corporate, commercial and market-entry matters and has been actively involved in the development of Ukraine’s gambling regulatory framework.
