The second reading of Bill No. 2713-d will not be without a heated discussion

Artem Kuzmenko, Partner of Eterna Law, states that the second reading of the Bill № 2713-d will be very active, because there are already almost 150 amendments. He believes that only a balanced wording of the bill will be able to ensure the interest of foreign operators in the Ukrainian market.
