ETERNA LAW joined the ITU General Meeting

In December this year, a closed ITU General Meeting took place. The General Meeting is an annual event at which the IT Ukraine Association summarizes the team’s performance and welcomes new member companies. This year, the event was attended by Marharyta Tatarova, Counsel at ETERNA LAW.

The meeting served as a platform to review the Association’s results for the year and to define priorities for the upcoming period. During the event, new companies that had joined the IT Ukraine Association were also officially introduced.

Marharyta Tatarova noted the growing importance of legal support in the IT industry and the strengthening of partnership relations among members of the community.

A separate session was dedicated to presenting insights from the IT Ukraine Salary Overview study, conducted jointly with Amrop Ukraine and supported by UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group. The report provided an overview of compensation levels, non-monetary benefits, team structures, and the transformation of roles within the Ukrainian IT ecosystem. Participants received exclusive access to the data, which will help them plan budgets, adjust HR strategies, and remain competitive in the market.
