- Legal protection of assets: developing mechanisms to protect facilities and the legal aspects of compensation for war-related losses.
- Logistical challenges: ensuring the stability of transport corridors and modernising logistics infrastructure as the foundation of the country’s export potential.
One of the most discussed events was a special report dedicated to the topical issue of establishing a private air defence system. Experts analysed the legal, organisational and technical aspects of implementing such a mechanism, which is critical for ensuring the security of infrastructure facilities in the current climate.
For the ETERNA LAW team, taking part in this event provided an opportunity to explore the pressing legal issues involved in implementing large-scale infrastructure projects, which form the basis for the country’s economic recovery.
