Certification is a voluntary procedure in the absence of technical regulations

Earlier we reported, state-owned enterprises included in the list of subjects of certification from Gambling and lotteries regulation commission (GLRC) are not yet able to work with operators due to the lack of technical regulations. However, a number of ground-based establishments have already certified their equipment, obtained licenses for it, and began operations.
