Eterna Law advised Swarovski AG on dealing with unfair distributor who used the trade marks, intellectual property objects, owned by Swaroswki AG, on the website and exhibitions without permission from the owner. The misuse of Swarovski AG’s brand has been discontinued due to coordinated work of legal advisors.
