The client is a dynamic investment and construction company implementing infrastructure and development projects across Ukraine. As part of the transaction, the ETERNA LAW team conducted a thorough antitrust audit covering the corporate structures of both the buyer and the seller groups, as well as key aspects of the proposed concentration.
The legal support included an in-depth assessment of the transaction’s compliance with the threshold criteria defined by competition law to determine whether antitrust clearance was required.
