ETERNA LAW team acted as a legal advisor to the Spanish football league Liga Nacional de Fútbol Profesional (LaLiga) on the regulation of gambling in the context of potential cooperation with a Ukrainian licensed operator and development of a representative office in Ukraine.
ETERNA LAW lawyers conducted a thorough analysis of legal restrictions and regulatory requirements, in particular, regarding the implementation of marketing strategies and the use of intellectual property rights in the promotion of the league in partnership with the operator in Ukraine.
The project was implemented by the team of Gaming & Gambling practice consisting of junior associate Anna Myroshnychenko and senior associate Roman Rubanyk under the supervision of partner Artem Kuzmenko.
