Allset was founded in the USA in 2015 by Ukrainians Stanislav Matviyenko and Anna Polishchuk as an online ordering and pickup platform that connects restaurants with local customers.
The buyer of the assets is SoundHound AI, Inc. (Nasdaq: SOUN), a global leader in AI voice solutions for restaurants, serving over 10,000 establishments.
SoundHound AI, known for developing a multilingual voice AI assistant, plans to integrate its technology into the Allset platform to enhance the product and increase operational efficiency. This deal is expected to create synergy between two strong market players and help realize a shared vision for the voice commerce ecosystem.
The ETERNA LAW team provided comprehensive legal support for the seller, including participation in negotiations and development of transaction documents, consulting on complex corporate law and intellectual property issues, and support for closing the deal.
