ETERNA LAW has sponsored a students’ team of the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy as part of realisation of its program aimed at supporting talented young lawyers.
In 2021-2022, ELSA (The European Law Student’s Association) holds the XX anniversary competition in international commercial law (John H. Jackson Moot Court Competition), where the university’s team participates.
The competition is international, with students from more than 35 countries. The team has already finished the written round, is waiting for the results, and is preparing for the regional rounds, which will be held in March 2022. Should the results be successful, the team will be able to participate in the final round, which will take place in Switzerland.
