ETERNA LAW helps Ukrainians affected by the war

ETERNA LAW is pleased to share that it supported the UN Global Compact in Ukraine in launching the “Mental Help” project.

“Mental Help” is free help for Ukrainians to overcome the psychological consequences of the war. russia’s military aggression caused irreparable consequences not only to the physical but also to the psychological health of Ukrainians. According to the Minister of Healthcare, 15 million Ukrainians need psychological assistance. Those are children, adults, and the elderly people. Unfortunately, not all Ukrainians can afford the services of a professional psychologist. However, everyone needs psychological support and care.

“Ukraine is a country of strong people, strong in spirit.  In the period of war that our country faced, even the strongest nation needs support.  The most important thing we can do in times of crisis is to support each other.  The ETERNA LAW team is happy to join the “Mental Help” project at the initiative of the UN Global Compact in Ukraine, which is designed to provide free psychological services to people who suffered from the military aggression of the russian federation against Ukraine,” said Andriy Astapov, Managing Partner of ETERNA LAW.

For the ETERNA LAW team, this is not the first collaboration with the UN Global Compact in Ukraine. Last year we signed the UN Global Compact Memorandum on Joint Anti-Corruption Actions in Ukraine and has become the first law firm in Ukraine to join the initiative.
