Ms. Khymenko is a professional attorney-at-law and has considerable experience in advising international and Ukrainian companies on complex issues of business and dispute resolution in spheres of commercial, corporate, civil law, foreign economic activity and bankruptcy proceedings. Ms. Khymenko carries out a comprehensive support of clients’ interests in courts and other state bodies, and specializes in the drafting of legal opinions and other documents.
– Marharyta Tatarova, Associate, is promoted to Senior Associate. Ms. Tatarova specializes in legal advice to companies on doing business, drafting various types of contracts, corporate governance, due diligence in M&A transactions, as well as providing legal support for other clients’ transactions.
