The ETERNA LAW team acted as legal advisor to the buyer in the acquisition of the business of one of Ukraine’s leading meat producers, operating under the trademark “Vlasna Ferma.” This transaction marked an important step in the buyer’s strategy to strengthen its position in Ukraine’s agri-food market.
