Kyiv, November 7th. Oleh Malskyy, Partner, Head of Corporate and M&A, Philip Griffin, Partner, head of Lobbying practices & GR, and Ilarion Tomarov, Head of IP, conducted an open master class on legal support of IT business in the framework of Outsource people 2016 Kyiv – International Conference on service for business on software development.
The meeting brought together CEO and co-founders of leading IT companies. Mr. Malskyy, Mr. Griffin and Mr. Tomarov told about the features of accompany for IT-business, trademark registration, conclusion of contracts with clients and salaried employees, and answered all the questions. In addition, Mr. Griffin highlighted issues of lobbying and building business relationships in the United States.
Outsource people is an annual International Conference on service for business on software development and gathered 300 IT companies, 72 reports and more than 1 thousand participants. This year the Conference was held for the fifth time. It is rightfully considered the main event in the field of IT business in Ukraine.
