Eterna Law held a seminar on export of agricultural products to the EU countries for Ukrainian Food Valley

Kiev, 11th April – The law firm Eterna Law with the partner platform Ukrainian Food Valley held a seminar on the peculiarities of foreign economic activity in the export of agricultural products to the EU countries.

Eugene Blinov, Partner, Head of International Arbitration Practice, acted as the speaker of the event and provided practical advice to future exporters, focusing on the following issues:

– quotas of duty-free agricultural exports to the EU,  status of the authorized economic operator (AEO),
– the code of the authorized economic operator (EORI),
– certificate of origin EUR.1,
– practical features of concluding foreign economic agreements, forms of payment and financial risks.

Ukrainian Food Valley are representatives of the agro-food sector, IT, retail, HoReCa, business education.

The goal of the platform is to unite managers who work in the Agri&Food environment and are also ready and able to move to a new way of thinking and acting: from frontal competition to cooperation.
