ETERNA LAW supports the Charitable Foundation “Grow up in a family”

ETERNA LAW signed a memorandum of cooperation with the “Charitable Organization “Charitable Foundation “Grow up in a family”. The Charitable Foundation’s efforts are focused on supporting foster parents of retirement age who are raising minor children by themselves. Every child has the right to grow up surrounded by a loving family that will provide them with protection, equal opportunities, and conditions for development and well-being.

ETERNA LAW, headed by partner Oleh Malskyy, and the “Charitable Organization “Charitable Foundation “Grow up in a family”, headed by director Eugene Osypchuk, signed a Memorandum on cooperation. The memorandum guarantees that the ETERNA LAW team will provide legal services on a pro bono basis. 

The Memorandum was concluded to support orphans and children deprived of parental care, whose foster parents are people of retirement age, families in need; to raise their social and legal awareness; and to support the Charitable Foundation “Grow up in a family” as an organisation focused on doing everything necessary for health and success of such families, and the development and equal opportunities for all children in Ukraine.

Partner Oleh Malskyy comments: “ETERNA LAW realises many social initiatives, including those that support and develop the young generation. However, this initiative is definitely one of the most important ones, given that our goal is to help the most vulnerable young Ukrainians. I hope our cooperation with the Charitable Foundation will be fruitful and we will help as many applicants as possible.”

Charitable Foundation “Grow up in a family” was created to prevent children from being placed in orphanages. Charitable Foundation’s efforts are focused on supporting foster parents of retirement age who are raising minor children by themselves. Charitable Foundation supports a safe, comfortable environment and suitable conditions for a happy childhood of orphans and children deprived of parental care in families and family forms of care.
