ETERNA LAW team acted as a legal advisor in a deal on restructuring of assets of a private individual. The lawyers` work focused on comprehensive support for a private individual during the alienation of real estate and corporate rights to third parties, including the analysis and minimization of tax consequences, developing strategies for interacting with buyers, devising mechanisms for conducting settlements and protecting the client’s interests in the course of execution the necessary documents.
The project was managed by a team of ETERNA LAW lawyers from Corporate, M&A and international trade department, led by Partner Oleh Malskyy and Senior Associate Philip Taranenko.
