The Ukrainian Advocates’ Association has published the votes’ results for the heads of the association’s committees, according to which Oleh Malskyy, partner at ETERNA LAW, was appointed the Head of the UAA Venture Capital and Virtual Assets Committee for 2022.
Oleh Malskyy is a partner and head of the corporate and M&A and IT practices at ETERNA LAW, an international lawyer, a graduate of Georgetown University, and a qualified attorney-at-law in Ukraine and the State of New York.
Over the last year, Oleh Malskyy supported more than 10 transactions and projects in the field of IT. Among the public cases, there are such M&A deals and investments as Perfectial, InSoft Partners/ITernal, Corevalue, Zibra, Intterra, Nayax, Show4Me, AllSet.
Oleh Malskyy commented on his appointment: “Venture capital funds are increasingly investing in innovative startups, product companies and technology developments, and the legal regulation of venture capital, which is a significant part of the growing legal services market. Therefore, the goal of the committee is to develop the field of new technologies, venture capital, and virtual assets, as services in this area will be in extremely high demand soon.”
