Kyiv, 23th of June. Eugene Boyarsky, Eterna Law Associate, will judge moot court of the Summer School Jessup Ukraine, which will take place on July 3-9 in the Kyiv-Mohyla Academy.
The Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition is the largest and one of the most famous in the world competitions of international law, which involves law students.
The contest is based on the model of the trial in the International Court of Justice and conducted entirely in English. It consists of two parts: first, the preparation of memoranda (a written statement of the legal position of each of the parties to the dispute), and second, participation in discussions with the rivals in the trial.
Eugene Boyarsky was a coach of the national winner of the round Jessup Ukraine – team of Karazin National University of Kharkiv, and helped the team to participate in international round of the US.
