Kyiv, November 24th. Ilarion Tomarov, senior associate, Head of the IP practice at Eterna Law, will conduct a workshop for students of law faculty of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. Workshop is devoted to copyright in gaming.

During the workshop, Mr. Tomarov will tell whether the creation of game bots, their sale and using in the game (for example, disputes «Blizzard Entertainment» in the United States and Germany) is a violation. Also, students will learn how to prove the similarities between the two games of the same genre (for example, Electronic Arts v Zynga; Tetris).
