Ilarion Tomarov to speak about copyright for the artist on Successful Artist Talks lecture

Kyiv, 14th of July. Ilarion Tomarov, Head of IP, to speak on a lecture “Successful Artist Talks”, devoted to the basic concept and problematic issues of copyright protection for artists. The event will take place on July 21th, being organized by educational project Successful Artist Talks.

Ilarion Tomarov will talk about the concept of the author and co-author of music and how to protect copyright. Also he will cover such questions as – how to prove copyright in a sphere of creating? What are the limits of borrowing and transfiguration other people’s works etc.
