ETERNA LAW acted as a legal advisor to the British company SPACEBIT, which is successfully implementing the first British landing project on the moon.

In the context of the project, ETERNA LAW provides legal advice and advises SPACEBIT in the interaction with contractors and investors in the contractual and negotiating fields. A particular focus of ETERNA LAW focuses on the protection of the client’s intellectual property rights, the analysis of the counterparties ‘economic adequacy, and the balancing of the parties’ interests concerning objects worth up to USD 40 mln.
