Kyiv, April 14th. Oleh Malskyy, Partner, Head of Corporate and M&A practice and Ilarion Tomarov, Senior associate, Head of IP Practice, are listed at the TOP-100 best lawyers of Ukraine in 2017 according to the joint ranking of «Focus» and «Yuridicheskaya Gazeta».
The ranking was made on the basis of confidential responses of managers and corporate lawyers from about 2000 leading Ukrainian and international companies operating in Ukraine. The 100 best lawyers were selected, whose names are arranged in alphabetical order. The questions, posed to managers, concerned objectivity, impartiality, customer orientation and transparency of lawyers.
Ranking helped to choose not only the best lawyers in Ukraine. It was also found out that clients became more demanding and are looking for multifunctional specialists who are able to manage not only the client’s narrow problem, but also to consult on range of other issues (in particular, taxation).
