Kiev, 15 th September – Oleg Malskyy, Partner, has become one of the speakers of “Legal Excellence” course, which would take place on the basis of the leading Ukrainian university – Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
Mr. Malskyy will tell about the process of M&A – from “A” to “Z”.
Oleg Malskyy is one of the prominent Ukrainian specialists in corporate law and M&A, has more than 15 years of legal practice. He took internship in the Parliament of Canada, as well as in one of the most well-known US firm «Herbert Smith».
The course of legal excellence is a 2-month program for students of 3-4 years of studying and of master program of the law faculty of KNU, which gives an opportunity to communicate with leading experts in the field of law and owners of law firms, to get important tips on resume writing, interviewing, choosing the right sphere of activity, to learn the basics of the legal marketing, discover employer’s expectations form young lawyers etc.
