Oleh Malsky, partner at ETERNA LAW, was elected to the Board of the Ukrainian Advocates’ Association (UAA).
The 12th Congress of the All-Ukrainian Public Organisation ‘Ukrainian Advocates’ Association’ took place on 27 May 2025, during which new leadership was elected. Traditionally, the purpose of the Congress was to resolve key management issues, as the Association has established itself as a unifying platform for representatives of the legal community, bringing them together not only on professional grounds, but also on the basis of shared views and beliefs. The atmosphere and effectiveness of the Congress confirmed this unity. At the end of the Congress, the delegates discussed and approved amendments to the UAA Charter, as well as other topical issues related to the development and activities of the Association.
