The ETERNA LAW team has successfully provided comprehensive legal support to one of the leading state-owned pipeline transport enterprises

ETERNA LAW acted as the key legal advisor and delivered full-scale legal assistance to one of the major state enterprises in the pipeline transport sector within a large-scale project aimed at assessing the possibilities for its further restructuring. As part of this assignment, the firm conducted a strategic analysis of potential transformation models for the regional branches, strengthening the process with its professional expertise and deep understanding of regulatory requirements.

The firm’s lawyers carried out a detailed assessment of potential reorganization models, including liquidation, accession, and merger, evaluating them from the perspective of legal risks, organizational changes, and compliance with applicable legislation.

Special attention was devoted to employment matters, including the assessment of advantages and disadvantages of each restructuring model for personnel, identification of job categories subject to potential optimization, and preparation of recommendations for ensuring compliance with labor guarantees. Within the project, the team also developed a step-by-step algorithm for the proper and legally secure dismissal procedure in the event a restructuring decision is made.

The project team included Junior Associate Elmira Shevchenko, Senior Associate Philipp Taranenko, Counsel Marharyta Tatarova, and Partner Artem Kuzmenko.
