Kiev, 20 October – Eterna Law will act as a legal adviser to the National Bank of Ukraine on the representation of interests in the courts of various instances with the total sum of UAH 3 million. Half of the works on tender involves representation of NBU in the courts, the subject of which are questions of banking supervision and financial monitoring. Labor courts and affairs on the protection of dignity, honor and business reputation are another part of the case. According to the NBU qualification criteria, “services must be provided by the law firms included in the list of top 30 best in Legal Practice ranking of 50 top leading law firms of Ukraine.
